How One Million Boys Leader was killed in Ibadan

The news of the death of a most wanted member and gang leader, Biola Ebila, of the notorious One Million Boys group made news headlines on Sunday.
News4Naija gathered that Ebila was killed in a crossfire between two rival groups in Olomi Area of Ibadan the Oyo State Capital on Sunday.
Ebila was reported to have been shot during the gunfire and had died, security however mobilized into to the area to quell the hostility.
The Nigeria Police Force had earlier declared Ebila wanted in May for reportedly championing the murder of a rival gang leader, Ekugbemi.

According to a source the Ekugbe I sect has since the death of their leader been looking out to stage a revenge, and this was likely what had happened on Sunday.
Some residents of the Olomi area however confirmed that they have been under the fear of a reprisal attack attacks since the killing of Ekugbemi.
The Police Public Relations Officer in Oyo State, Olugbenga Fadeyi, who confirmed the incident said he has not been properly briefed on the incident, he further elucidated that security operatives have been dispatched to the area for proper investigation.
